Brickman服務條款
本條款規範平台、發佈人與磚人的權利義務與禁止行為，使用服務即視為同意。
1. 服務性質
Brickman 提供任務媒合、聊天與履約紀錄工具。平台不是僱主、代理或保證人，亦不保證每筆任務一定成交。產品目前先服務香港。
平台不代收、不託管、不轉帳雙方酬金，亦不向雙方收取這筆交易的任何金錢。任務上的金額僅為參考標價。
2. 帳號與安全
- 用戶需提供真實資料並妥善保管帳號。
- 不得冒用、借用、轉讓帳號。
- 若發現異常使用、詐欺或違法，平台得暫停或終止服務。
3. 任務與交易
- 發單人需提供清楚可執行的任務描述與地點資訊。
- 承接方需依約完成任務並提交可驗證證據。
- 任務關鍵狀態以平台後端記錄為準。
- 酬金由雙方自行以 PayMe、FPS、現金或其他約定方式結清。
4. 會員與收入
目前免費使用。日後如提供會員或其他數位功能，將經 App Store / Google Play 收費，並依商店規則處理。
5. 取消與問題處理
- 取消與問題處理由雙方溝通，平台保留聊天與完成紀錄。
- 平台不就站外付款做資金裁決。
- 平台可依內容安全規則下架任務或限制帳號。
6. 禁止行為
禁止發布違法、侵權、危險、詐騙內容，或騷擾他人；亦禁止利用系統漏洞或批量註冊刷單。
7. 免責與責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，平台對間接損害不負責。平台不是支付機構，對雙方自行結清的款項不承擔保證責任。
8. 管轄與調整
本條款受香港法律管轄。爭議應由香港法院管轄。平台可依法令或營運需求調整條款，重大調整會公告。

Terms of Service
These terms define rights, obligations, and prohibited conduct for the platform, publishers, and specialists. Using the service means you agree.
1. Nature of the service
Brickman provides task matching, chat, and fulfillment records. It is not the employer, agent, or guarantor of either party, and does not guarantee that every task will be filled. The product currently serves Hong Kong first.
The platform does not collect, hold, or transfer bounty payments, and does not take any money from that transaction. Amounts shown on tasks are advertised references only.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and protect your account.
- Do not impersonate, lend, or transfer accounts.
- The platform may suspend or terminate service for abuse, fraud, or illegal use.
3. Tasks
- Publishers must describe an executable task and location clearly.
- Specialists must perform as agreed and submit verifiable proof.
- Authoritative task status lives on the server.
- Parties settle PayMe, FPS, cash, or another agreed method themselves.
4. Membership
Use is currently free. If membership or other digital features are added later, they will be billed through the App Store or Google Play.
5. Cancellation and issues
- Cancellations and issues are discussed by both parties; the platform keeps chat and completion records.
- The platform does not adjudicate off-platform payments.
- The platform may remove tasks or restrict accounts under content-safety rules.
6. Prohibited conduct
No illegal, infringing, dangerous, or fraudulent content, harassment, system abuse, or bulk fake accounts.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages. It is not a payment institution and does not guarantee off-platform settlement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. Material changes will be announced.
