Brickman退款政策
平台不代收任務酬金，因此沒有平台退款。本政策說明站外結算與未來商店內購。
1. 任務酬金
- 酬金由發單人直接付給磚人，Brickman 不經手這筆交易的任何金錢。
- 平台未曾持有該筆資金，無法代為收款、轉帳、追回或退款。
- 取消或未完成時，請雙方自行協商已付或未付的站外款項。
- 酬金本來就在平台外支付。請在確認完成後才付款，不要預先支付大額。
2. 問題處理
- 問題處理中心用於溝通與保留證據，不是資金裁決。
- 雙方可提交訊息、圖片、時間與定位紀錄。
- 平台可依內容安全規則下架任務或限制帳號。
3. 商店內購（未來）
- 若日後提供會員或其他數位功能，將經 App Store 或 Google Play 收費。
- 該類費用依 Apple 或 Google 的退款規則處理。
- 與任務雙方之間的酬金無關。
4. 管轄
本政策受香港法律管轄。爭議應盡量友善協商；如需訴訟，以香港法院為管轄法院。

Refund Policy
The platform does not collect bounty payments, so it cannot issue platform refunds. This policy covers off-platform settlement and future store purchases.
1. Task bounties
- The publisher pays the specialist directly. Brickman does not take any money from that transaction.
- The platform never holds those funds and cannot collect, transfer, recover, or refund them.
- If a task is cancelled or unfinished, settle any already-paid or unpaid amount between yourselves.
- Bounties are always paid off-platform. Pay after the work is checked; do not prepay large amounts.
2. Issue center
- The issue center is for communication and evidence, not fund decisions.
- Both sides may submit messages, photos, time, and location records.
- The platform may remove tasks or restrict accounts under content-safety rules.
3. Future in-app purchases
- If membership or other digital features are offered later, they will be billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Those charges follow Apple or Google refund rules.
- They are separate from bounty payments between users.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Try to resolve issues amicably first. Courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction if litigation is required.
